1. Data we collect

Account data: email, display name, password (hashed), language preference.

Profile data: gender, city, bio, avatar, and images you choose to upload.

Usage data: matches, swipes, chat history, device and login records (for security and service improvement).

2. How we use data

To provide core features such as matching, chat, profiles, and payments.

To detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, and enforce community guidelines and legal requirements.

To send service notices and product updates where consent or law permits.

3. Data security

Passwords are stored with bcrypt hashing; API access requires JWT verification.

User images are never exposed to clients as raw storage URLs. They are loaded through authorized tiled APIs and rendered on a Canvas to reduce unauthorized capture risk.

Media access checks the viewer's identity: avatars/galleries are limited to signed-in users; chat images are limited to conversation members.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share with cloud hosting, payment, and security providers as necessary, bound by contract.

We may disclose data as required by law or to protect user safety.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].
